Text Files Datestamp

Just found out if you put .LOG at the top of a text file. Then make amends in notepad when you next open the textfile it will show a date and timestamp. This is really useful if you are making notes in rough form to use as a memory jogger. Go on give it a go. So open notepad (notepad.exe) type .log at the top of the file. Click on a new line and start typing. Save your file and then open it again and you will see a timestamp – how cool!
